The home offers a full living room, a kid-favorite bunk room with two full-over-full bunks, plus a private king suite with a spa-inspired en-suite bath (walk-in shower + soaking tub). The perfect blend of coastal comfort, peninsula charm, and effortless island escape.
● Location: Crystal Beach, Texas
● Beach Access: A short walk from the sandy shores of the Gulf.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: No pets allowed
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
Surveillance Camera: One Camera facing exterior stairs and One camera overlooking driveway.
House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
