The Space:
North and East facing windows overlook Main Street and provide stunning views of the iconic Ajax peak. You are perfectly perched to watch the 4th of July parade or to just keep tabs on what is happening at any moment in this magical town. Short walk to the Gondola and Lift 8, which makes this spot perfect for the couples ski trip. There is a full kitchen with high end appliances and washer-unit with drying rack. Recently renovations combine the historical exposed brick with a modern look and feel, creating a truly unique ambiance.

The entire condo is yours. There are no shared spaces in the Gargoyle building, which houses commercial businesses on the first floor and 6 condos on the second floor. Just walk downstairs and you are in Colorado ave, Telluride’s “Main Street”. You are steps from coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, Lift 8, the Gondola, Town Park, and the San Miguel River.
