Our guests keep saying it: the villa is better in person than in photographs. A private headland facing the sea, floor-to-ceiling glass, four ensuite suites sleeping 8, every one with a sea view, and the living floor set between the two bedroom levels. Infinity pool heated to 28C included, two housekeepers a day, private helipad. Agios Nikolaos, its harbour and Nobelos, the most celebrated table on the island with its own beach club, are 4 km below. No sofa bed, no shared bathroom.

THE SETTING
A private headland above the sea, on the edge of Agios Nikolaos. Floor-to-ceiling glass on every level. What guests mention most is the light, the silence, and the sea just below.

THE LIVING FLOOR
Between the two bedroom levels, one large open floor: kitchen, dining and lounge, all facing the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh juice every morning, Nespresso and filter coffee, table tennis.

THE FOUR SUITES
Master Suite: king bed, corner glass, the widest sea view in the villa, sea view from the shower.
Upper Suite: king bed, desk, TV, sea view.
Suite III: king bed, floor-to-ceiling sea view.
Suite IV: king bed, designer bathtub, desk, TV, sea view.
All four suites have their own private bathroom and their own sea view. No sofa bed, no shared bathroom.

OUTSIDE
Infinity pool heated to 28C, included, with no notice and no supplement. Sun terraces, outdoor dining area, private helipad.

COMFORT AND TECHNOLOGY
Starlink high-speed internet throughout the villa, home automation, TV and sound in every suite, a workspace in two of the four suites, air conditioning throughout, a charger for your car.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Agios Nikolaos and its harbour are 4 km below. On the water sits Nobelos, the most celebrated table on the island, with its own beach club: a few loungers on private terraces at the water's edge, minutes from the villa.

WITH CHILDREN
Children are welcome. The pool has no shallow end and the terraces overlook the sea, so young children need supervision.

GOOD TO KNOW
The villa is spread over three levels connected by stairs. A car is needed to reach the villa and to explore the area. Daily housekeeping is included, and you can of course adjust the frequency to suit you.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the whole villa: the four suites, the living floor, the kitchen, the pool, the terraces and gardens, the helipad, and the private driveway and parking.
