We had a fantastic stay at Villa Elaia and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos. From the start, everything was easy. We arrived quite late, but the host was very flexible and made collecting the keys completely hassle free. Daniela was always quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. When we arrived at the villa, we were genuinely impressed. The house is brand new and incredibly spacious. It has a real luxury feel, but at the same time is very comfortable and welcoming. We were also amazed by how well equipped it was, every amenity you could think of was there. The beds were excellent too, and everyone in our family slept really well. The outside area was just as impressive. The pool is a great size and the water temperature was perfect. In the evenings, the lighting in and around the villa created a lovely atmosphere and made the whole place look even more beautiful. The location was ideal for us. Set high in the hills, it's peaceful and perfect for hiking. Our children (10 and 15) loved Askos Stone Park, which is only a couple of minutes away. The nearby village of Agios Nikolaos has mini markets, plenty of good restaurants and is the ideal place to rent a boat to visit the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach. The restaurant recommendations provided by the host were spot on. We actually tried every restaurant on the list and had great meals at all of them. Our favourites were The Old Windmill and Nobelos. We hired a car and the drive from the airport took about 45 minutes. From the villa it was easy to explore the whole island, including the south where we were lucky enough to see the turtles.

Honestly, it's hard to think of anything negative to say. If we had to mention one thing, it's that we wished we could have stayed longer. Villa Elaia was the perfect place for our family holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We made the best possible choice for our visit to Zakynthos by selecting this accommodation! The house was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and equipped down to the very last detail 🤍 Linda is a manager who is truly attentive to guests' needs, and we thank her for that! You get a perfect view of the sunrise from the infinity pool. It is indeed a bit further away from the popular areas, but the peace and quiet—and the view—make every kilometer worth it! There are shops and Greek restaurants nearby where, following Linda's recommendations, we enjoyed some delicious meals!
