Arka is a 4-story luxury A-frame just 25 minutes from Zion and 45 minutes from Bryce Canyon, designed to be your wellness basecamp in Southern Utah. Inspired by modern Tulum and wabi-sabi design, the home blends warm woods, organic textures and earthy finishes with huge windows that pull the surrounding mountains and desert landscape inside.
With three bedrooms plus a sky loft, three full bathrooms and space for up to 10 guests, Arka was made for trips that feel equal parts adventure and escape. Spend the day exploring Zion, Bryce and the surrounding slot canyons, then come home to your private sauna, cold plunge and hot tub.
Settle into the theater room with its 85-inch TV and games, or head outside to the expansive deck for dinner, drinks around the fire pit and sunset dropping directly behind the mountains. The skies get incredibly dark. And everything was created to give you somewhere beautiful to come back to after a day in the wild.
