It’s clear the owner has put a lot of effort into updating this property. Nicely done on the inside. We had two families of four, and we had plenty of room with great amenities. It was a reasonable drive to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Hot tub was hit after long days of exploring the National Parks.

Great for families! We loved this house and want to stay here again on our next Utah trip. We were 2 families, with 4 kids total, and we had plenty of space. Kids loved the game room, bunk beds, deck, and hammock. Parents loved the open plan layout, the dining table big enough to fit us all, and the 2 sets of washing machines and dryers. We visited Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (the dune buggy tour with sand boarding was awesome), a nearby slot canyon, and the dragon’s belly tunnel.

This was the perfect house for our family! Plenty of fun things for kids and adults; a well-appointed kitchen, and great gathering spaces. The home was very clean and our hosts were quick to reply when we had questions.
