The bedroom has a queen bed - there is a rollaway and large couch for additional sleeping. There is deck access from the apartment living room with a clear panoramic view of Payette Lake and Brundage Mountain - simply gorgeous. Located below the apartment is a covered deck with double barn doors opening up to the bar room with large views once again facing beautiful Payette Lake. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub just outside from the bar room.

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. One above the upper garage, viewing the upper driveway. Another camera to the right of the main house entry way door, viewing the lower driveway (it turns off with the light switch just inside the entrance)

This home has a kitchenette ONLY with mini fridge and microwave. There is no stove or oven.

The bedroom has an open wall (no door).

There is plenty of privacy, your own parking, and private entrance, but note that Main house next door may be rented during your stay - hot tub for use by both main house and apartment - be respectful of neighbors when occupied.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
