Step inside and you`ll find a bright, open-concept living area on the main floor, complete with comfortable furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of space to gather with family and friends. The main level also features the primary bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. A convenient coffee station is located on this floor, perfect for enjoying your morning cup while listening to the creek outside.

Head downstairs to the finished basement, where you`ll discover a second spacious living area complete with another fireplace and plenty of room to spread out. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom make the lower level ideal for families or groups traveling together. Each bedroom and living area throughout the home includes a TV with Roku, so there`s always a comfortable place to relax after a day of mountain adventures. You`ll also find a second coffee station downstairs for those who like to keep the coffee flowing throughout their stay.

No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00. All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets. Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided. No parties. Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup wipes are available in the bathrooms as an alternative. Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
