This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment is the perfect family focused property. Fully furnished with modern appliances, this top floor apartment is in the new Solaris complex in Las Lagunas de Mijas.
The modern residential complex hosts a communal pool, football pitch, padel tennis court and children's playground. The large green spaces provide a great environment to relax and wind down.
The complex is south facing and the apartment has a large private terrace equipped with sun umbrellas, loungers, comfortable seating and exterior dining set. Allowing you to take in the relaxing sea views from the comfort of your own private balcony and terrace.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and has its own en suite with a walk-in and step-free shower. The second bedroom is also equipped with a king size bed. All bedrooms come with wardrobes and room darkening blinds. The separate family bathroom also has a walk-in, step-free shower.
There is air conditioning throughout the penthouse with eco-sensors on the doors and windows to ensure it does not run if these are open.. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you'd need for a perfect self-catered stay including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, stove and coffee pod machine. The main living and dining area is bright with natural sunlight. There's a dining set that comfortably seats 4 people, a comfortable sofa and smart television, so that you can login to your own Youtube or Netflix account on those lazy evenings. The property is equipped with wifi internet and comes with its own private parking space for 1 car.
There are also 4 padel rackets at the apartment for guests to use so you can make full use of the resort's padel court. Guests are free to make use of the private set of barbells on the rooftop terrace, please ensure mats are placed under the weights to protect the surface after use.
TO NOTE: Please be aware that this is a very new complex and the community is applying for their swimming pool license. Pool facilities may not be available for your stay prior to 31st August.
