This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect family focused property. Fully furnished with modern appliances, this ground floor apartment is in the new Solaris complex in Las Lagunas de Mijas.
The modern residential complex hosts a communal pool, football pitch, padel tennis court and children's playground. The large green spaces provide a great environment to relax and wind down.
The complex is south facing and the apartment has a large private terrace equipped with sun umbrellas, loungers and exterior dining set. There is air conditioning throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and has its own en suite with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. All rooms come with wardrobes and room darkening blinds. The family bathroom also has a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you'd need for a perfect stay including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, stove and coffee pod machine. The main living and dining area is bright with natural sunlight. There's a dining set that comfortably seats 4 people, a fashionable sofa and smart television, so that you can login to your owner Youtube or Netflix account. The property is equipped with wifi internet and comes with a private parking space.
There are also 4 padel rackets at the apartment for guests to use so you can make full use of the resort's padel court. For those with very young children there is a cot included in the apartment at no extra cost.
TO NOTE: Please be aware that this is a very new complex and the community is applying for their swimming pool license. Pool facilities may not be available for your stay prior to 31st August.
