Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy kelo log terraced house apartment (46 + 15 m²) in the quiet Salmilampi area of West Ruka in Kuusamo. Traditional silver-pine log character meets modern comfort, making it a great base for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The apartment has its own electric sauna, a fireplace, and an air source heat pump for cooling in summer. Maintained ski tracks start 200 m from the yard and the nearest ski lift is 1.5 km away. Sleeps up to 6 guests, recommended for 4.
The apartment is laid out on one floor with an additional loft sleeping area above.
Living room & Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen and living room has a fireplace, comfortable seating with a television, a CD player and a radio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle.
Bedrooms & Loft: One bedroom with a double bed. The loft has four beds. Please note that the loft has a low ceiling and the stairs up to it are rather steep.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom area has an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothes. Connected to it is your own electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Outdoor area: A parking area is included, with one heating plug for the car (sähkötolppa). There is a firewood storage on site and firewood is available.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
