Built in 1989, with the kitchen and appliances renewed in 2015, it combines traditional kelo log character with practical modern comforts. Suitable for 4 guests, the apartment offers a private electric sauna, a fireplace and karaoke equipment, and sits 800 m from the nearest ski lift (Kelorinteet), 200 m from maintained ski tracks and 1 km from Ruka Central Square.

The apartment is laid out over the ground floor and a loft.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor has a living area with a 50` flat-screen TV, a CD player and a radio, and a sofa that can be made into a bed for two. The open-plan kitchen, renewed in 2015, is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and electric kettle. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided.

Bedrooms & Loft: The loft holds two 80 cm wide beds that can be kept together as a double or pulled apart into singles, plus a convertible sofa bed for two. The loft also features karaoke equipment and a 40` flat-screen TV.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom includes a toilet, shower, washing machine, hair dryer and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes, and is connected to your own private electric sauna.

Parking & surroundings: A parking area with one car heating plug is available. Sale Ruka grocery store is 2 km away, the Ruka golf course 25 km, and Kuusamo town centre 25 km. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
