***Aug 28-Sept 3 the lake house will be CASUAL and 80% done, price is reflected. Great for chill people, guys weekends, nice families. NO KARENS!! NO TYPE A’s—resort like perfection is 5x as much. This is awesome but imperfect and casual. A few construction projects to be finished in between rentals. ***Home is a Duplex - other renters are part/time and generally quiet, out at work or traveling. Do not go in their doors.
