Please note: The kitchen and laundry areas are currently not included with the rental (but will be soon). Each bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee maker; cooking is not permitted in the guest rooms. With numerous restaurants nearby, the property is especially well suited for guests who plan to dine out while enjoying the lake and local attractions. Ideal for couples traveling together for convenient access to Kemah, NASA and the Clear Lake area. If traveling with children, close supervision is required because the home is not childproofed and the waterfront grounds are unfenced.
