MINUTES FROM THE CABIN
**SLOPPY HOG BURGER JOINT**
Smash burgers, fried pickles, and a patio with a straight-on mountain view. The closest sit-down meal to the cabin, right on Wears Valley Road.
**WEARS VALLEY SOCIAL FOOD TRUCK PARK**
A rotating lineup of local food trucks with live music and valley views. Open Thursday through Sunday.
**PAWPAW`S CATFISH KITCHEN**
Fried catfish, shrimp, and Cajun plates that draw people from across the county. Open Wednesday through Saturday.
**ELVIRA`S CAFE**
The valley`s beloved cafe for southern breakfast and lunch. Breakfast ends at 11 AM, closed Sunday and Monday.
**SAWYER`S FARMHOUSE RESTAURANT**

Southern cooking beside the historic 1830s grist mill. The corn fritters alone are worth the drive.

Scratch-made New American on the Parkway: burgers, steaks, and onion rings the size of your plate. Our pick for dinner in town.
**SUNLINER DINER**
A 1950s diner where you can eat inside a classic car. Milkshakes, candied bacon, and a guaranteed hit with kids.
**APPLEWOOD FARMHOUSE RESTAURANT**
Apple fritters, apple julep, and country plates on the river in Sevierville. A Smokies tradition since 1987.

**THE PEDDLER STEAKHOUSE**
Steaks trimmed tableside in a historic cabin on the river, with a salad bar included. Reserve ahead and ask for a river-view table.
**HOWARD`S RESTAURANT**
Gatlinburg`s oldest restaurant: burgers, trout, and steaks on a creekside patio in the middle of town.

Skip the Gatlinburg traffic: the Metcalf Bottoms entrance off Wears Valley Road leads to riverside picnic areas, the historic Little Greenbrier School, and quiet trailheads.
**FOOTHILLS PARKWAY**
The scenic drive locals use, with sweeping overlooks of Wears Valley and the high Smokies. The entrance is minutes from the cabin.
**WEARS VALLEY ZIPLINE ADVENTURES**
The valley`s own treetop zipline course, and one of the most loved outings in the entire area. Great guides, big views.
**GOATS ON THE ROOF**
An alpine coaster, gem mining, fudge, and yes, real goats on the roof. On your drive in from Pigeon Forge.
**SMOKY MOUNTAIN ALPINE COASTER**
A mile-long downhill coaster winding through the trees on Wears Valley Road. Ride it after dark for the full effect.

**TUCKALEECHEE CAVERNS**
A guided walk to an underground waterfall beneath the mountains, reached by a beautiful drive through Townsend.

**ANAKEESTA**
Ride the chondola to a mountaintop village: the Treetop Skywalk, gardens, mountain coaster, and the AstraLumina night walk. Plan at least a half day.
**GATLINBURG SKYBRIDGE**
The SkyLift climbs to one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in North America, with a glass floor at the middle and full Smokies views.
**RIPLEY`S AQUARIUM OF THE SMOKIES**
A shark tunnel, penguins, and stingray touch pools in the heart of downtown. The reliable all-weather outing for families.
**ROARING FORK MOTOR NATURE TRAIL**
A one-way loop drive past old homesteads, streams, and the Grotto Falls trailhead, just above downtown Gatlinburg. Closed in winter.
We recommend having a vehicle on hand!
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
- No RV or Trailer parking.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill.
- There are BBQ Utensils for the guests to use during their stay.
- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.
- The streaming services available on the property`s Smart TVs require the guests` own personal login. Please Remember to log out upon checkout!
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.
- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.
- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.
- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.
- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!
