Fishing:
A valid New Hampshire fishing license is required. You can purchase one online or at local shops.

Fire pit:
You MUST obtain fire Permit to use the outdoor fire pit from Alton Fire Station.
Extinguish fire with lake water (please don’t let it die off on its own). Use caution if windy.

Laundry:
Please use ONLY no-scent liquid laundry detergent due to allergies.

Kitchen:
Help protect our septic system by minimizing grease and food waste in the disposal.
Dishwasher: Please use dishwasher pods for best results.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Quiet Hours:
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Trash & Garbage Shed:
There is a garbage shed on the property, please ensure the door is always securely latched.

Cars MUST NOT block access to the garbage shed Wednesday night through early Thursday morning. The trash truck arrives very early Thursday and needs full driveway access. Fees may apply if access is blocked.

Boating Safety:
By law, there must be enough life jackets for EVERY passenger on any boat (including kayaks).

Septic System:
This home is on a septic system. To avoid costly issues, please flush ONLY toilet paper.

Do NOT flush wipes (even if labeled flushable), paper towels, feminine products, diapers, or any other items.
