One of our favorite features of the home is the private, fully fenced backyard and patio.
The outdoor space includes comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire table beneath the covered pergola. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, have dinner outside, read a book, or relax at the end of the day.
Having your own private outdoor space is especially enjoyable during a longer stay and gives the condo a little more room to spread out and truly feel like home.
COMMUNITY POOL & JACUZZI
Guests have access to the community swimming pool and jacuzzi, along with the beautifully maintained landscaped courtyards and walking paths throughout the complex.
The pool and jacuzzi are shared community amenities and are subject to HOA rules, posted operating hours, maintenance, and occasional closures outside of our control.
LAUNDRY
Please note that there is no washer or dryer inside the condo.
A shared, **pay-per-use laundry facility** with multiple washers and dryers is conveniently located just across the walking path from the home, making laundry easy to access without needing to leave the community.
PARKING
One private garage parking space is included with your stay.
When booking, please provide the type of vehicle you'll be bringing along with its approximate dimensions so we can verify that it will fit comfortably inside the garage.
Free street parking is also available nearby. Additional on-site parking may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
