This loft-style home features a queen-sized bed with a nightstand in the loft area. It boasts a beautifully designed open space with a wall separation from the living room, offering privacy for our second queen-sized bed. We provide extra linens and blankets for our guests, along with bath towels.
• You must CLIMB a ladder to reach one of the sleeping areas of this loft. This area is not for children, elderly, or those with physical and/or medical restrictions or special needs. It is not recommended to use for those under the influence. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents sustained.
• Pets must be approved before booking
• $30/pet/day. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• If your dog has a barking tendency when left alone we kindly ask that you bring them with you when leaving the loft as we do have other guests in the building
• Pet must be ON leash at ALL times when outside of the home
•Pet must not be left unattended on the patio at all times
• Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture at anytime
PLEASE DO NOT BATHE OR SHOWER YOUR DOG IN SHOWER OR SINK!! THIS CAN RESULT IN CLOGS AND WE WILL CHARGE A FEE!!!
• Pet feces must be cleaned after.
• Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property or building.
• Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Be very careful when climbing the ladder to get on top of the loft. Please re-read the sentence above!

The apartment was really cute and in a great location. We were able to easily walk to lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.

This location was very convenient for our trip. We were there for the USA Waterpolo Junior Olympics and we have to travel to different pools in the Irvine/ Orange county area. The location was big enough for our family of 4. We brought our own blow up mattress for one of our daughters since the couch was not a pull out. We needed more blankets since there was a thin little blanket & only e for each bed. There was only 3 towels as well. The host was very responsive and delivered the blankets & towels the same day. The kitchen had everything we needed & even had coffee pods available. We cooked most of our meals in so it was nice to have all the necessities there. There was 2 huge tvs in the loft. We really liked having the designated parking spot. Be aware that the loft has only a ladder going up to it so you will need someone with good arm strength to stay up there. There isn't laundry in the unit but there is pay washers right next to the unit. The dishwasher is covered up for some reason so you will have to hand wash dishes which is no big deal. The cool thing about this loft is there is a market below of different food vendors. I had Vietnamese coffee for the first time at the Boba shop below & it was really good. They even have a kobucha shop. Its a cool spot to just hang out & play at the ping pong tables. The weekend did get very busy but even with the balcony right next to our bed it wasnt loud at all. Overall, it was a cool unique space right in downtown Santa Ana.

I enjoyed my stay here, the directions were very clear on how to get to this location and how to access the apartment. The apartment was very cute and clean, it was also quiet and comfortable. The location is in a prime location, you’re able to walk downstairs and enjoy the downtown area. Will most likely stay here again.
