Guests have private access to the home and outdoor areas. The garage and a few locked supply closets are reserved for host use; everything else is yours to enjoy.
Self check-in is available through a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule within the designated check-in period.
Please note that our lawn care provider may occasionally access outdoor areas of the property during your stay to perform scheduled maintenance.
Cell Service: Cellular reception may be limited depending on your carrier. Fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided, and we recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling.
Nature & Insects: Bugs, insects, and wildlife are a normal part of a rural environment. The property receives routine professional pest-control service, but encounters are still possible.
Winter Weather: During winter and snowy or icy conditions, roads, driveways, walkways and outdoor surfaces may become slippery or more difficult to navigate. Please monitor weather conditions, plan your transportation accordingly, and exercise additional caution.
Fire Pits & Grills: Propane is provided for the propane grill. Firewood and charcoal are not provided, so please plan to bring or purchase them locally if you'd like to use the fire pit or charcoal grill.
