About this house rental

One of the very few single-family residences remaining in Downtown -- making the location as convenient (and comfortable) as the house itself. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, this has been our family guesthouse for cousins, grandparents, sports teams, or youth groups and works well for larger groups with plenty of common/free space.
The secluded neighborhood has access to all the amenities downtown offers, without the parking hassles. Within a mile walk, scooter rental, or Uber from many of the downtown draws, you can leave your vehicle in the driveway (or free on-street parking) and easily take in a ball game or concert, unburdened by a car. The home is near the Midland Valley running/biking trail and just a short hop to Cherry Street or The Gathering Place. The home's central location and ample space make it great for gatherings of larger families or groups of friends and allow it to serve as a homebase between outings.
Three bedrooms on the main level, each with one queen bed. One bedroom on the second floor, with four twin beds. Seven beds in total, spread across the four bedrooms.
A full bathroom on each floor.
It's an older home (at least by Tulsa standards) that's had repairs and renovations over the years. So while it might not have the crispest lines or trendiest fashion, it is light, spacious, and uncluttered -- providing a charming, comfortable atmosphere for your time in Tulsa.
Well-appointed kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances for use during your stay.
Washer and dryer on the main level to help keep your stay comfortable and clean.
Covered back porch - perfect for slow morning wakeup or relaxing evenings.
