Welcome to our charming home in Tulsa. This superb property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with all the necessities. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook and entertain. 2 large sectional sofas fill out the living room for maximum comfort of all guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer and dryer, AC, WiFi, and more. Our master suite includes his and hers walk in closets and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks a free standing bathtub with smart tv and a walk in shower. Experience what Tulsa has to offer with a stay at our house. Just minutes from the Expo Center and Downtown. One block from our favorite dive bar The Colony. Walk on over and catch amazing musical performances from local Tulsa players all week long. We have 5 smart tv’s conveniently located throughout the home. 60” living room, 55” master suite, 43” guest room 1, 43” bunk room and a 32” over the bathtub in the master suite. New 8ft privacy fencing surrounds the recently renovated back patio and fire pit lounge. The corner lot has all new 4ft vinyl fencing making the area secure for children and pets.

3 suggestions: 1. Back patio/yard needs detailed cleaning. We used patio the whole time but I had to clean it first, beautiful patio. 2. Kitchen pots and pans need updating. 3. Neighbor across the street were a pain

The house was very clean. The owner responded quickly. The house has lots of sleeping spaces. We were there for our daughter’s medical graduation and the house was able to accommodate our immediate family. It is eclectic. I think the owner should leave a booklet about the musical decorations. Very fun.

Very clean and perfect for 3 generations to enjoy a great family weekend! Enough space for time alone as well as superb gathering spaces! Everything worked and had all the things we needed or didn’t realize we needed. Safe quiet neighborhood yet minutes away from all the places of interest or forgotten! Decor was stylish and historical yet kid friendly because no breakables where grandkids might touch! Host was very responsive and thoughtful in messages including possible traffic issues! We hope to stay here again next year if we return to Tulsa! Thanks for a wonderful get away! - the Phillips

While this was a great location to downtown there were some issues within the house. Only one frying pan and the handle was not attached well and we had to find a screwdriver to re-attach would recommend an additional frying pan be added to the kitchen. The TV in the master bedroom never worked no matter how many times we reset the router, added an additional hotspot and still never connected. The driveway is very steep and would recommend parking on the street unless you have a high back end or a smaller car. Watch steps on entry they are not evenly spaced and not very wide. Was an okay place to stay the beds were comfortable but a few accommodations would make it great
