Anyone staying at or visiting the property must be included in the original reservation or approved by the host beforehand.
Unauthorized guests or visitors are prohibited at any time.
The stated consequence for violating the rule is a $700 fee and termination of the reservation without a refund.


BOOKINGS 28 NIGHTS OR LONGER
Within 24 hours of the booking:
- Guests are subject to background screening
- Guests are required to sign a lease agreement
- The reservation will be canceled if the application is turned down or if guest refuses to sign lease agreement.
