The home sleeps up to four guests, with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a full-size bed in the second bedroom. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, TV, and everything you need to settle in and feel at home.
One of the best parts of staying here is the location. You’ll be within easy reach of Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, downtown Montrose, and the incredible hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking and OHV trails around Peach Valley and the Uncompahgre Plateau. Whether you're here to ride, hike, fish, explore the national park, visit family, or simply enjoy Western Colorado, it’s an easy place to come home to after a day outside.
The property also has a large fenced yard, making it especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs. Pets are welcome!
Guests have private use of the entire house and designated outdoor areas. The pantry, garage, and portion of the driveway directly in front of the garage are reserved for owner storage and use. The owner may occasionally be onsite in a separate area of the property, but your home and guest areas remain private during your stay.
Self check-in with a keypad makes arrival easy, and free onsite parking is available.
