This clean and comfy bungalow sits in the heart of Montrose within walking distance of restaurants, brew pubs, groceries, parks, and more! Whether you are in town to ski Telluride, visit the Black Canyon, see family, or take care of business, this well- appointed little house is perfect for you! There is a bedroom with a brand new queen bed, newly remodeled bathroom, full kitchen, large living room, and a bonus room with a futon and large closet space. Washer and dryer are available in bonus room. Your pets are welcome, and there is a small private backyard, as well as a larger fenced in common area right out your door. Spread out and enjoy your time…there is plenty of storage for your luggage and toys, as well as private parking spots just out the back door! Enjoy a fresh brewed cup in the morning at The Coffee Trader, about 25 steps away! Telluride is 75 minutes away, Black Canyon National Park a mere 20 ( and the cross country skiing is great up there this time of year!) and Ouray Hot Springs is a 35 minute drive. This comfy bungalow is perfect for couples or families!

This cottage appears to be one of 3-4 units on a single lot which is not obvious from the photos. Neighbors or fences are quite close so we kept our blinds closed for privacy's sake. The backyard is tiny and gravel not grass. The interior is cute and trendy. We used the laundry area as a dressing room as the bedroom is tight for two. The laundry has a closet and a futon to put a suitcase that made it work. We were out all day and came home late, so we didn't spend much time in the unit. We appreciated the air conditioning and the great water pressure. A lovely coffee shop and juice bar are steps away.
