You’ll find two spacious first-level primary suites with king beds, each with its own private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a large custom dining table that comfortably seats 10. The open living area features high-end finishes, an inviting indoor fireplace, and two queen pull-out sofa beds. Upstairs, the loft game room includes queen bunk beds, a queen pull-out sofa bed, arcade games, a pool table, and its own full bathroom — giving everyone space to unwind, play, and rest. Designed to sleep up to 10 guests, the cabin is ideal for families, friends, or multi-generational getaways.

HOUSE RULES
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM to allow time to prepare for the next guests.
• Quiet Hours & Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Guest Requirements: Guests must be 21 years or older to book.
• Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation to cover cleaning and odor remediation.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled between each stay. It may take several hours to return to optimal temperature.
• Wildlife: You are in the Great Smoky Mountains. Black bears, raccoons, and other wildlife are common. Never leave food outside or in your vehicle. Keep car doors locked and never feed animals. Place all trash in the provided locked bins.
• Winter Bookings: We strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance. We do not provide refunds for weather, illness, family emergencies, or power outages beyond our control. Snow is possible from December through February.
• Liability: By booking, guests acknowledge that use of the cabin and all amenities (including the hot tub, decks, furniture, bunk beds, kitchen equipment, and grill) is at their own risk. Special care should be taken with children.
