Majestic Manor is a beautiful cabin that we have stayed in yearly for the past 3 yrs. No problems in the past , but this 2024 visit was very disappointing. The problem was with management, not the cabin. First thing when we walked into the master bathroom there was water dripping from the ceiling. We had to get buckets to catch it. This was properly taken care of, but cleanup was not until next day We reported to Edencrest that the dishwasher was not working on the first day we were there, and twice a day after…. and were always told they would send a technician out. Ended up we had no dishwasher for our entire stay and had to wash dishes by hand for11 people for 4 days….just not what I was expecting to do on my vacation!
I requested a call from management several times and have still to hear back from them. I don’t feel that Edencrest properly prepared this cabin for rental.
