Perfectly situated across the street from the sparkling waters of the bay and just a 10-minute stroll to white sand beaches, our charming villa offers the best of both worlds—peaceful mornings by the bay and magical sunsets over the Gulf.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a couples' vacation, or a relaxing family escape, Salt and Surf is the perfect place to unwind while being close to it all.
Relax, play and enjoy island time
After a morning at the beach or an afternoon exploring Anna Maria Island, grab a putter and enjoy a little friendly competition right at home on the private putting green or test your cornhole skills in the backyard. Enjoy a cocktail at the outdoor bar before heading out to watch the beautiful sunsets on AMI.
When you're ready to relax, settle into the home's comfortable living spaces or head outside to enjoy the Florida sunshine and coastal breeze.

You're across from the bay and within walking distance of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the water, sunshine and laid-back atmosphere that make Anna Maria Island such a special destination.
We have all the necessities for the beach available for guest use - towels, chairs, wagon, cooler, beach games and toys, and umberlla.
Or you can rent a kayak or boat and be on the water in minutes with the boat launch right across the street.
Location
Situated across from the bay and just a short walk from the beach, Salt and Surf puts you close to the best of the island. We are conveniently located in Holmes Beach which offers easy access to both ends of the island! The free trolley stop is at the end of the street. We are a quick 5 minute walk to the dining and shopping district in Holmes Beach with fun hang out spots like The Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria Island Coffee Shack and The Doctor's Office.
Boat Launch, fishing dock, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts are located just down the street.
