Stock up on your groceries in Mornington Metro, Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and more, all in a stones throw distance.
The place has its own fully fenced private green space, with a separate spacious deck. Perfect for relaxing, having a BBQ or getting away from the day to day life. Everything you need is at your doorstep.

And once approved, we just ask that pets stay off all furniture. And that any pet mess, including number 2's or pet hair, be cleaned up by the guest before departure or extra cleaning fees will be charged.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 4 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas, there is room for 1 car in the driveway and parking on the street.
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
