No parties or events, quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am, no tents, caravans etc to be used on-site and excess rubbish must be removed from the property. Failure to adhere to these local laws, code of conduct or house rules may result in early termination of your stay.
A security camera in the smart lock is used to access the property. This device is located on the patio door (rear entrance) for your safety and security. This device is only activated/ record when someone approaches the door and movement is detected.

Sam is an incredible host. Her communication was next level. It was so lovely to arrive and see a beautiful Christmas tree half set up for us to be able to finish decorating with the kids. The whole place is very modern and decorated well which was very relaxing especially with young children and not having to worry about there being excess items around the property that could be at risk of getting accidentally broken by them. The whole experience was so relaxing and exactly what we needed at Christmas.

Could not be happier with this lovely beach house. Walking distance to beach, parks, playgrounds, shopping centres & great restaurants. We will be back. Liz. TAS.
