About this house rental
Make this Peoria home your base for pool days, spring training trips, family getaways, and West Valley events. Designed for up to 8 guests, this single-level 4-bedroom, 2-bath home combines a private backyard retreat with plenty of ways to spend time together.
The backyard is a standout. Swim in the private pool, relax beside the waterfall feature, practice your putting, or settle into the covered patio when you want a little shade. Lounge chairs are positioned poolside, while the patio offers comfortable seating, ceiling fans, string lights, a propane fire table, and a propane BBQ for easy outdoor meals.
Inside, the spacious living room provides plenty of seating around the large TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes full-size appliances, generous counter space, an island with bar seating, and nearby dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals for the group.
Four bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families, couples, and friends. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the additional rooms include a queen bed, a twin-over-double bunk, and two twin beds. Multiple bedrooms have TVs, and the home also includes Wi-Fi, a Nintendo Wii with games, and a basketball arcade game in the garage.
Two full bathrooms help keep mornings moving. The primary bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower, while the second bathroom also offers dual sinks and a shower/tub combination.
Baseball fans are especially well positioned here. Peoria Sports Complex is the spring training home of the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners and sits in Peoria’s P83 Entertainment District. The home is also convenient for events at State Farm Stadium and dining, entertainment, and nightlife at Westgate Entertainment District.

Beautiful, roomy home with plenty of enjoyable extras...lovely pool and patio area. We enjoyed the putting green and tabletop fire pit each evening. Great location. Perfect spot for a weekend with family. Would definitely return!

The house was perfect for our stay. Located near freeway and Peoria Sports Complex. Patio area seating very comfortable for afternoon relaxation. Lots of room inside the house as well. Kitchen well stocked to cook. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

The host was amazing-great communication and response time and resolved minor issues quickly. The home was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was just what we were looking for. The location was great-many choices for groceries, shopping and eating out. We would definitely stay here again!
