The property is just as described in the listing. I think the pictures do not do the property justice. It is beautiful. We had a small birthday party and everyone stood in the pool the entire time. The foos ball table, ping pong and pool table were enjoyed by adults and kiddos. The kids turned to fish all weekend. The beds are comfy and the smart tvs through out the house are great. The property manager was very responsive and helpful through out the stay. The only set back is there no lighting in the backyard. Luckily we don’t live to far and were able to bring some lights from home for night swims. The property is centrally located so there is lots around to eat, shop or do.

We picked this VRBO for the pool and because it was pet friendly. We spent most of our time out by or in the pool. It was great having the option to heat the pool since the beginning of our stay was cool. Then we didn’t need it heated at the end of the week. The host was amazing. Easy to contact by message and always a quick response. It’s the first rental that gave us access to a garage door opener and we used it.Be aware that the lighting inside is not bright. We enjoy doing puzzles and playing games in the evening. The light above the dining table was too dim for puzzles. This did not distract us from enjoying this home and we would definitely rent it again.

This house certainly met our needs and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The house was fine for our family spring training visit, but having rented other locations, this house just wasn’t as well appointed, kept up, or spectacular as others we’ve rented.
