Adjoining another gîte for 2-4 people with a shared laundry room. The property in Haute Rochelle overlooks the countryside with a beautiful view. Numerous activities: hiking trails with a fishing pond in the village and less than 10 minutes away: leisure center in Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe (supervised swimming in summer, pedal boats, mini-golf), equestrian center and greenway in the state forest, go-karting, and the charming town of Sées (cathedral and museum).
The price includes: bed linens, towels, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning.
