About this house rental
Our family run country house is quietly located in a small hamlet in the middle of the fields.
In the summer, enjoy the heated swimming pool (accessible from May to September).
In autumn and winter, come and warm up by the fire.
The house is available for stays from 2 nights.
A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg.
Description:
The house is surrounded by a wooded and fenced garden of 1600 m2, with a private heated swimming pool (from May to September) and secured by an electric shutter.
On the first floor:
- A dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (cooking piano, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ....) and wood stove.
- A living room (TV, DVD and Blu-ray, Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, board games...) with a wood stove
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine.
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms: bedroom n°1: a bed 160 / bedroom n°2: a bed 140 / bedroom n°3: two beds 90)
- A bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a shower, and toilet.
Bed linen, towels, bath mats, pool towels (seasonal) and dish towels are provided.
The prices displayed take into account the autumn/winter (closed pool) and spring/summer (open pool) periods.
In autumn and winter:
2 wood burning stoves (one in the living room and one in the kitchen/dining room). Wood is provided.
In the summer, private heated swimming pool (access reserved exclusively for tenants):
Swimming pool open from May to September.
Pool size: 6x3.5 m
The shops are 8 minutes away by car and we are 15 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche.
Arrival and departure times:
- Weekend: arrival on Friday from 11am and departure on Sunday before 5pm.
- For stays of more than 3 nights, arrival from 4 pm and departure at 11 am. We can allow you an early arrival and/or a late departure on request depending on our availability.
Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
We just ask our guests to make the house tidy overall.
Passenger access:
Guests will have access to the entire accommodation, the garden and the swimming pool (during opening periods)
Out of respect for the place, its inhabitants and the neighbourhood, it is forbidden to hold parties.
The maximum number of guests is 6 people.
Non-smoking
Pets not allowed.
I am available throughout your stay.

We had a really nice vacation, everything was super clean, it looks the way you see in the photo's. The garden was very nice, also the swimmingpool.
The surrounding is so beautifull, I really recomand this house!

This country cottage has been beautifully renovated with all of the modern conveniences. It was very comfortable and spacious for our needs. The hosts are fantastic and were very responsive with any questions. It was perfectly located for the various places we needed to visit. I would highly recommend this property.

This stunning property and garden provided us with the perfect location to relax, enjoy the heated pool and beautiful rural surroundings.
A huge thank you to Frédéric and Jérôme for providing such comprehensive information and being available for any questions. The property is so well equipped, they had truly thought of everything (like a home from home) so that we could make the most of our stay.
We would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit ourselves soon.
