Superb country house

Really characterful property. Lots of attention to detail. The pool was a lovely addition for both kids and adults.

The property is really comfortable and a great size for a family. The garden is large, attractive and well maintained. There is plenty to visit in the area and we are already considering coming back. And of course the pool is a great addition!!

The property was beautiful. It had everything that you could need and want. The pool was lovely addition and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great deal of trouble finding property and I feel it may be better is some villages nearby and road you drive in on would have helped more. Took us over an hour to find it. But once there is was just beautiful. I would go back again in a heartbeat. We visited many places and was great base.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely house, tucked away in the Normandy countryside. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! The house itself was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The grounds were wonderful, really spacious, with a heated pool that we were in every day. Julien was an excellent host who helped us enormously when we had a problem with our car shortly after arriving, he really could not have been more helpful. Normandy is a beautiful part of France and there is lots to do nearby. You can even get to places such as Le Mans or Paris for a day trip as they are not too far away. I highly recommend 'Ma Maison d'Artistes'.
