About this house rental
Fully Furnished Unique Bungalow 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom, Bright fully stocked kitchen, large living room w/TV & a day bed, reliable Wi-Fi and breezy patio.
Nicely landscaped gardens with a large front lawn on the edge of a breezy ridge with a private back garden overlooking the Wildey Hub and a panoramic horizon ocean view of the south coast all located in a good upscale neighborhood with easy parking. The property is also located near a bus route but Car Rental is recommended.
The Bungalow:-
Part of the original Upton Plantation, this house sits on a breezy ridge just next door to one of the islands Historic Sugar Mills. The bungalow was built with the original thick limestone, tall ceilings and airy open windows and ceiling fans which keeps it cool during the day.
Lawns and gardens surrounds the property creating an oasis buffer from the main road it also allows a private outdoor space to enjoy the natural wildlife of butterflies, birds, lizards, whistling frogs and attracts occasional Green Monkeys. Natures medicine of Lime, Aloe and an array of culinary herbs are also a delight to harvest from some of the gardens.
Guest Access:-
The guest have full private use of the Bungalow and sunbathing is available and can be accessed via the private garden.
There is a small private owners flat that adjoins to the house at the back it has its own private entrance which is also used by the Property Manager, housekeeper and maintenance and is off bounds to the guest.
Neighborhood:-
Our neighborhood is perfectly central and bustling with convenient amenities. Just a short 10 minute drive will take to Bridgetown, Sky Mall and the beach is 10- 15 minutes away. You'll find a gymnasium (Wildey Hub Area) with pool access, tennis and outdoor activities. Within a 7 minutes drive you can visit the DE Monsta Grill & Bar Restaurant, Sheraton Mall, Starbuck and the US Embassy. Its and ideal spot for those with a busy lifestyle who wants everything within easy reach.
