About this cottage rental
A little studio guest house centrally located on a half acre property with many mature trees and lots of real green grass! The Casita is located on the back of the lot, behind the main house. Park just a few steps from the front door.
You'll enjoy a well-appointed private vacation Casita while you are taking in the lush green yard surrounding the unit. The general area is all 1/2+ acre properties, a "country feel" with abundant trees, no sidewalks or blinding street lites, you may even see horse or two while you're here. Still about 10-15 minutes to get downtown or 20 minutes to the Strip.
Many nice amenities to discover...a queen-size Temperpedic adjustable bed, convenient glass top desk and chair, liquor cabinet with glassware, sensible closet, amazing pine dresser, two Smart flat screen TV's, WiFi,
a full newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, new Air Fryer, microwave, a bar-height glass-top table and 3 stools & everything needed to prepare a good meal!
The bathroom has a tiled stall shower, new chair-height commode, upscale vanity with a glass vessel sink.
