This cozy one-bedroom one-bath, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a large shaded balcony condo on the first floor is in a friendly quiet, gated, and secure community. The property is well maintained and gated. A great place to come home to and relax. Guests are able to enjoy amenities such as the community pool and gym which are close to the unit.

**IMPORTANT**
Our HOA requires a copy of your ID and signed contract within 48 hours of booking. By proceeding to book, you agree to this and to the house rules below:
- Please be mindful of the 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM quiet time.
- Charcoal and gas grills are strictly prohibited on the patio by the HOA. However, there is plenty of bbq grill by the pool.
- You may not hang anything on the patio per the HOA rule.
- All visitors MUST have prior approval from us the host. Visitors are NOT allowed to stay overnight in the condo.
- Under any circumstances, you must NOT cover, reposition, or tampered with the ring doorbell and patio cameras.
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ANY OF THE RULES ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

Had a good stay. Host were very acomodating . Had a few bugs to iron out but all was completed , They were in good communications .
