About this cottage rental

Surfing, hiking, cycling and sightseeing are just some of the many activities accessible from this charming holiday home – an ideal retreat for families and friends in search of outdoor adventures. Located on a working sheep farm around 4 miles from the coast, it promises peace, quiet and tranquillity, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area. Pet friendly and accommodating up to six guests, the property features a sunny garden for summer stays and cosy interiors for winter escapes.

Tastefully decorated in neutral tones with cheerful pops of colour, this welcoming abode offers a real homely feel across two spacious storeys. Step into the lounge/diner, complete with plenty of comfortable seating for shared meals and evening relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen sits just next door, and a ground-floor bathroom adds convenience. Upstairs, two bedrooms are positioned on either side of a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom. One is an extra-large family room with a double bed and two singles – perfect for parents with young children or friends happy to share. Outside, you'll find private parking and a generous lawned garden with a furnished patio – the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and listen to the bleating of your neighbours in the field next door.

You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to local destinations. The riverside town of Wadebridge is just 4.5 miles away, and the breathtaking harbour town of Padstow is 6 miles beyond. Both lie along the popular Camel Trail, a well-loved route among cyclists and walkers. Following the banks of the River Camel and winding through North Cornwall’s countryside, this mostly off-road trail offers stunning, uninterrupted views. Beaches are likely to be high on your holiday agenda too, with the marvellous Trevone Bay just 6 miles from your doorstep.
