You'll find the property in the chocolate-box village of Langham, on the edge of the North Norfolk Coast National Landscape. Explore the fascinating Langham Dome, a popular military museum just 1 mile away, and discover a selection of village pubs perfect for post-adventure refreshments. Just 2 miles away, the coastal destination of Blakeney offers beautiful seaside excursions, including wildlife walks through salt marshes and nature reserves. You’ll also get plenty of opportunities to spot seals, including on boat trips departing from Morston Quay. Your nearest beach, Cley Beach (4.5 miles), is a haven for wildlife and features expansive shingle shores that are ideal for long, invigorating walks in any season. The Norfolk Coast Path connects these destinations, providing an easy-to-follow route showcasing some of the region's most spectacular coastal scenery.

At the other, a large dining table seats ten guests, while the inviting lounge area offers a wood burner and Smart TV for cosy evenings together.
Outside, the fully enclosed courtyard garden provides a peaceful space to relax when the sun shines. Make the most of the outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ on warm afternoons, enjoying the tranquillity of the surrounding area and the fresh coastal air. There is parking for two cars on the driveway.
