About this cottage rental
This stunning property is in the pretty village of Langham, on Norfolk’s north coast, and is just a short stroll from the friendly village pub. Nearby days out include Blakeney National Nature Reserve, the picturesque town of Holt, and the seaside resort of Cromer (all within 15 miles). Sleeping ten guests, the rural retreat is perfect for family gatherings and holidays with friends, with a choice of social spaces, large kitchen/diner for entertaining, and enclosed garden that’s ideal for children.
The gorgeous family abode is detached and has a traditional brick and flint exterior. Inside, discover a spacious, contemporary holiday home, boasting tranquil views across open countryside. At the heart of the property is an impressive kitchen/diner, with all the equipment needed to cater for a large group and a choice of seating at the central island or the dining table. From here, French doors open onto the garden, extending the social space further in summer months. After dinner, retire to the characterful lounge for a movie night around the Smart TV or retreat to the snug with your favourite book. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a games room, shower room, and utility room. Upstairs, five exquisite bedrooms await - three of which boast en-suite facilities – along with the stylish family bathroom. Outside, enjoy the fresh air and countryside views in the enclosed garden, which features a Kamado-style BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating.

Just 2 miles away is the larger coastal village of Blakeney, famous for its saltmarshes leading out to the grey seal colony at Blakeney Point. Norfolk’s north coast is renowned for its stunning, sandy beaches, including Wells-next-the-Sea, Brancaster, and Sheringham (all within 15 miles of the cottage). When it comes to eating out, you’ll find a fabulous array of independent restaurants in the bustling town of Holt, 5 miles away.
