Gather your friends and loved ones for an unforgettable coastal escape to this beautiful home set above Trevone, offering far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside and out to sea. Sleeping up to ten guests, it’s the perfect base for groups planning lazy afternoons in the hot tub, sun-soaked beach days, and scenic adventures across wider North Cornwall. Enjoy easy access to the golden sands of Trevone Bay, ideally placed for sunbathing, swimming and rock pooling. Just 2 miles along the coast, Harlyn Bay Beach presents a large stretch of sand and world-class surf conditions. For less water sports and more seaside charm, the harbour town of Padstow (1 mile) is famous for its seafood restaurants and winding streets filled with independent boutiques, cafes and galleries. From Padstow Landing, board the small foot ferry and cross the water to discover the more peaceful village of Rock (14 miles by car).
Before stepping into this fantastic holiday home, take a moment to appreciate its size and contemporary design, setting the scene for a chic coastal retreat. Head inside and be greeted by a grand entrance hall, where elegant Crittall-style doors mark the first of many architectural features. A reverse-level layout places the living space upstairs to maximise the rural and sea views, meaning four of the five king-size bedrooms are spread across the ground floor, three of which feature en-suite shower rooms with walk-in rainfall showers. The master bedroom sits on the first floor, positioned to capture the fantastic views and offering direct balcony access, a free-standing bath in the room, and an en-suite shower room.
