Located in the heart of a green environment, close to Namur, Dinant, Ciney, Spontin, Durbuy and the Domaine de Chevetogne, it is the perfect starting point to explore the most beautiful landscapes of Wallonia before relaxing in a fully private wellness area. Designed primarily for two adults, the accommodation can also accommodate one or two young children thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.

The cottage is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a cosy living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, where a cassette fire creates a friendly atmosphere on cooler evenings. Adjacent to the living room, the private wellness area offers an XXL jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a shower, for enjoying a moment of relaxation in complete privacy. A toilet is also available on this level.

An industrial spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed with comfortable bedding. The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower and a second toilet for optimal comfort during your stay. Outside, a beautiful furnished terrace invites you to enjoy the peace of the countryside. You can relax on the sun loungers, share a meal outdoors or enjoy the heated private pool, equipped with a movable floor to adjust the depth according to your desires. This unique feature makes Fermage a privileged place for relaxation as well as for families with young children.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the garden and the surrounding meadows. However, in order to preserve the agricultural activity of the place, the garden is not accessible: the tall grass constitutes a hay meadow that cannot be crossed before the harvest.
