About this house rental
The house has undergone a meticulous re design, retaining lots of its original period charm, coupled with contemporary design features. Polished concrete floors, wood burning stove, new bathrooms, superking beds all you need for a comfortable holiday.
The space
This is a newly refurbished stone house with all new amenities. The house is a 10 minute walk to Horton Beach.
Underfloor heating on a polished concrete floor, with a woodburner in the sitting room to keep you extra cosy in winter. Separate dining room with exposed beams and a large decorative feature fire place.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Downstairs WC.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with superking beds, and 2 twin bedrooms with single beds. There is a shower room and a bathroom with shower and double sink. Small laundry/utility cupboard with washer and dryer.
There is a small front garden, and a small gravel area out the back. The upper garden is part of our future plans and not available yet.
There are no restrictions for bbq's on the beach and we often decamp to the beach for the evening and watch the sunset.
There are two pubs and a fish and chip shop in the neighbouring village the other side of the bay Port Eynon and a village shop at the camp site selling bread, milk and essentials.
Security Note: One exterior security camera is mounted on the front of the house, monitoring the front yard and driveway. No cameras face any interior or private spaces.
