Completely renovated studio in the heart of Autun, a stone's throw from the shops and at the foot of the upper town. An alcove sleeping area, an equipped kitchen, a new bathroom — and an independent arrival at any time, without time constraints.
A WEEKEND IN AUTUN
Autun can be visited on foot, and the studio is in the right place for that. The Saint-Lazare cathedral and the medieval streets are a quarter of an hour uphill; the Roman theatre, one of the largest in Gaul, fifteen minutes away in the other direction, the restaurants in the centre, the market on Wednesday and Friday mornings, the bakery three minutes away: everything is accessible without taking the car.
In the evening, the alcove closes with its curtains and becomes a real bedroom, away from the living room. Sheets, towels and welcome products are provided.PGJyPg
PGJyPgPGJyPgThis studio is also designed for weekday stays. Check-in is self-contained 24 hours a day by keybox: you enter at 10 p.m. after your last appointment, without having to set a schedule with anyone.
Wifi, table by the window for work or dinner, full kitchen with hob, oven and fridge so you don't have to depend on restaurants in the evening. A minimum of one night all year round, including weekdays — where many require two nights. Invoice available on request. Decreasing rate from one week, and monthly rate for long missions.
THE SPACE
The studio consists of a living room with sofa and dining table near the window, an alcove sleeping area separated by curtains, an equipped kitchen and an independent bathroom.
Kitchen: induction hob, oven, hood, refrigerator, coffee machine with free capsules, complete crockery and utensils.
Sleeping area: double bed, extra blanket and extra pillows available.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, vanity unit, illuminated mirror, hairdryer.
A foot function is stored under the sink to access the high cupboards.
Capacity: 2 passengers. Non-smoking accommodation.
TRAVELLER ACCESS
24-hour self-check-in via key box, from 4pm. The code and detailed instructions, with photos of each step, are sent to you the day before your arrival.
The studio is upstairs, first door on the right at the top of the stairs. Check-out before 11am.
Free parking on the street in front of the building and in the surrounding streets. Parking on the Champ de Mars 8 minutes walk away for long stays.
OTHER REMARKS
The studio is located in the city center, in an inhabited building: please preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially in the common areas.
No parties or additional visitors. Flame candles are not allowed.
