Charming house next to La Puntilla beach with garden and swimming pool, totally independent. Surrounded by pine forests and in an environment of absolute tranquility. Having breakfast on the outdoor porch is a luxury, and then sunbathing in the garden or taking a dip in the pool in good weather. Walk along the promenade or the beach and then sit in some of its bars to taste the best fish in the bay with playgrounds for the little ones to enjoy.

Ideal for families, especially with children. Completely independent, both the house and the garden, nothing is shared. A place that will undoubtedly captivate you. The home is 49 m² with two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. You'll enjoy amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, a television, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Outside, there's a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue grill perfect for evening cookouts. Self check-in makes arrival easy. Free street parking.
