This clifftop home sits within a development overlooking Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall coast, with full-width windows framing panoramic views across the bay and out to sea. The beach stretches for 2 miles and starts 250 metres away, with a surf school on the shore – a strong match for families, couples, and watersports enthusiasts seeking an active coastal break. Exposed to incoming Atlantic swells, the sands draw surfers, kayakers, stand-up paddleboarders, and kite surfers year-round, with lessons available for all abilities. The coast path threads along the clifftops, connecting to Newquay's seven bays in one direction and Mawgan Porth in the other – rewarding routes for long rambles or shorter jaunts. Surf competitions and vibrant music festivals bring colour and energy to the beachfront throughout the year, and the lively atmosphere along the bay runs as constant as the tides.
