About this house rental
Welcome to Johnny's Place! Stylish and centrally-located, this home has everything you need to be comfortable while you explore the Triangle! This quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by Raleigh's best restaurants, shopping, and activities and minutes for HWY 540 and 440. Less than 15mins to RDU Airport, downtown Raleigh, NC State University, and major hospitals.

As you enter the home you come into a small landing. Making your way down the hall you will pass in unit laundry before getting to the living room. The living room has a desk for remote working, pull out couch, games, and a Smart TV for all your streaming needs. Right off of the home you have access to the back porch and small green space that has a BBQ grill, table and umbrella!
Around the corner from the living room you come into the dining area where we find a table and bar cart as you work your way into the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated, has new appliances, and is fully loaded with all your needs!
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is very spacious and has a SmartTV, King Bed and En Suite with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, SmartTV and plenty of storage. You will also find another full bath in the hall.
This cozy townhome is perfect for your stay and ready for you! Our home is ideal for 4 guests, but we can accommodate up to 6 with the use of the pull out couch!
The home has two parking spaces that are labeled 6133. They are to the left of the home when you are facing it. Next to that there are several visitors spots if needed.
You will make your way up the staircase and then there will be a keypad lock so that you can access the home. The entire property is free for you to use!
