Its prime location in midtown Raleigh is very close to all three major hospitals in the area as well as downtown and the freeway.
Inside, the house is warm and welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, and the dining room table is the perfect spot for a home-cooked feast. There are three bedrooms in the house, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and shared bathroom, while the other two bedrooms offer bunk beds and plenty of storage space. When you're not relaxing inside, head outside to the deck to take in the fresh air and listen to the peaceful sounds of the creek. There's also a barbecue grill for outdoor cooking. You can also head down to the creek with your pets or walk with your family all the way down to Shelley Lake.

This was a great location in Raleigh but to note is a town home and a small back yard. It does back up to some amazing trails! The host was super helpful and communicates well.

This is a good home base to come back to after long days doing what ever you gotta do around Raleigh. Clean with fully equipped kitchen and bath and bedrooms with foam mattresses ranging from firm queen to medium and soft singles. Owner was responsive in remotely adjusting thermostat when AC kept resetting to a warmer temp and willing to come over when we had trouble with the electronic lock but we finally got the door unlocked.

This is a lovely home for a getaway. It is just as pictured, stocked with necessssities (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) that often rentals do not provide. Night lights in bedrooms, fans available, hangers in all the closets - the little things that make a stay more convenient. There's a crib if you're traveling with a baby, & lots of easily configured bed options for kids. The bunk room is GREAT!
We traveled with our 6 kids, ages 17 to 6, & they all loved it. There were many kid friendly features. The basement room is great for gaming, there was a clip on reading lamp in the bunk room for our late night bookworm, & our two youngest were all about the Alexa in the home, asking her question after question.
Having 3 bathrooms was a necessity for a big family! The kids loved the burrito/pizza cat shower curtain in the upstairs shower.
The owner is an extremely attentive & communicative host who answered our questions promptly & addressed our needs practically instantly. Would definitely rent from him again.
