Set directly on the golf course, this spacious two-level villa features 5 bedrooms, a private pool, jacuzzi, furnished terrace, BBQ, and beautiful golf views, with comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

THE VILLA
The highlight of the property is its spacious private outdoor area. Enjoy the private swimming pool and jacuzzi (not heated), relax on the sun loungers, or spend time together on the covered terrace overlooking the golf course.
The terrace includes comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ — ideal for relaxed breakfasts, afternoon drinks, or dinners surrounded by tropical greenery and golf course views.
Inside, the villa has a bright, contemporary Caribbean feel with neutral tones, comfortable furnishings, and an open layout designed for spending time together.
FIRST FLOOR
The main level features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and TV, an indoor dining area, and an open-concept kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay.
Large doors connect the indoor living spaces directly with the covered terrace, private pool, jacuzzi, and golf course views.
Two of the villa's five bedrooms are located on this floor.
SECOND FLOOR
Upstairs, there is a second living area with high vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating, providing an additional space for guests to relax.
Large sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony overlooking the private pool, surrounding greenery, and Cocotal Golf & Country Club.
The remaining three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are located on this level.

The villa is located inside the gated Cocotal Golf & Country Club, one of Bávaro's established residential and golf communities, with controlled access and 24-hour security.
Guests can enjoy access to selected Cocotal facilities, including the common pool area located near the villa, with lounge chairs, Bali beds, a children's pool, and playground.
The clubhouse also offers a restaurant and bar. Additional activities, including golf and paddle tennis, are available for an extra charge.
Please note that facilities, opening hours, and availability are subject to Cocotal Golf & Country Club operations and may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance, private events, or other circumstances.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS
For the comfort and security of residents and guests, Cocotal Golf & Country Club has controlled access.
To prepare your access cards before arrival, we kindly ask that you provide copies of the passports or IDs of all guests in advance. Community security may also request to see a valid ID upon first entry.
If you plan to receive visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance. All visitors must be registered with the community security team before entering. Visitor access requests can be processed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Our team will be happy to assist with guest and visitor registration to make your arrival and stay as smooth as possible.
