Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at this beautiful private villa located in the exclusive Cocotal Golf & Country Club residential community in Punta Cana. An ideal setting for families, groups of friends, and travelers looking to combine privacy, comfort, and an excellent location during their stay in the Dominican Republic.
LOCATION:
Sanctuary Bamboo Villa is located at the Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The villa is situated on the golf course. Cocotal is a large golf resort and gated residential community with 24-hour security and access control. The resort features a beautiful 27-hole golf course, training facilities, a social club with a pool area, a restaurant and bar, and a very convenient mini-market.
Located at the Melia Resort, just a few minutes away, you’ll have access to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center ($), which includes tennis, pickleball, and paddle courts.
For guests who want to explore beyond the resort, the white sands of Bavaro Beach are just a 5-minute drive from the Cocotal entrance. You’ll also find a wide selection of local restaurants, beach bars, cafes, shops, and entertainment right outside the resort gates.
Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.
NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is for owners only.
THE PROPERTY:
Sanctuary Bamboo Villa is a stunning two-story villa with 4 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, contemporary design, and a spectacular pool overlooking the golf course.
As you pass through the main entrance, you’ll be greeted by a stunning garden, designed to blend seamlessly with the villa’s architecture. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Both the living area and the dining room offer access to the pool and the backyard. From the living room, step out onto the terrace, where a second seating area awaits, complete with sofas and a dining set. On the left side of the villa, you’ll find the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a spacious terrace with lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. Enjoy your meals in the elegant indoor dining room with silver chairs and a custom-made dining table, or opt for a more relaxed outdoor experience by the pool. The best way to spend the day is to relax in the sun, cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool, and enjoy snacks in the poolside lounge.
